How to perform it

  1. 1Kneel on one knee with the other foot planted in front at 90 degrees.
  2. 2Tuck your pelvis under and gently shift your weight forward.

Form tips

  • Squeeze the glute on the kneeling side to deepen the stretch safely

Common mistakes

  • Arching the lower back instead of tucking the pelvis
